She might get great enjoyment out of purchasing gifts for others throughout the year. To go further, do you know Paula? Have you seen her home? Do you know how many people share her home? Did you ever think that perhaps she purchases Christmas gifts throughout the year so she is ahead of the game come Christmas time? Maybe the same for birthdays. Regarding hiring a therapist/psychiatrist – perhaps you might like to foot the bill? Paula might not have enough money. Chances are slim that their friends might see the comment, but it can still happen. Besides, a hoarder would be embarrassed and would never admit to hoarding on-line – anyone can see that post. It takes a lot to diagnosis somebody as a hoarder. Telling people what to do and then, without saying as such, calling them hoarders, is rude and hurtful. ![]() Lisa, like Ginny, I also find your comment insulting, offensive, presumptuous, and judgmental. While you’re at it, you could do the 30 day happiness challenge at the same time! You should also check out Make Over Your Mornings if they are as crazy as mine were. You’ve worked too hard to have your house be a mess again! That will keep everything tidy and not at all overwhelming.
